Nothing on the market
available today compares with the ruggedness and reliability of a
Taylor. Since our first manufactured material handling product in the
1950’s to today, people that own Taylor know this statement to be true!
As rugged as a Taylor
is, it is only as good as its weakest link. Many times, that weak link
turns out to be a “will fit” or non genuine Taylor part. That causes
you downtime, and causes us an unhappy customer. We both cannot afford
that!
Our trucks are designed
for 7 day per week / 24 hour per day operation. To accomplish this, we
must use only the very strongest parts and sub-assemblies. When you
order genuine Taylor parts, you receive a replacement that our
engineering group knows will maintain the life expectancy of your
truck. Powertrain items, bearings, rollers, cylinders, and the many
other assemblies of our truck are all designed larger and stronger so as
to make a more durable overall truck. In addition, we continue to
manufacture much of our own truck in Louisville, Mississippi. This
allows us to maintain the parts supply you need for instant repair, and
the quality of the supply that you need. All this so that you remain a
happy Taylor customer for years to come!
Another aspect that
separates us from all the others is our dedicated parts distribution
plant in Philadelphia, Mississippi. This state of the art facility
houses over USD $10,000,000.00 in immediate inventory that is dedicated
ONLY to the replacement part requirements. None of this inventory is
used in our production so that we ensure you of a FAST turnaround on
your orders.
And these orders can be
for very old trucks too! We actually manufacture many of the parts
needed for our old machines right there in Philadelphia, Mississippi.
No more waiting on sub-vendors or new vendors to create something. We
do it all – in house!
