From our spare parts in our extensive depot, we prepare and ship parts globally at the demand of our customers. We dispatch by land, sea and air, and major terminals and ports are close by. This helps speed the shipment process that, at the end of the day, speeds your replacement parts along to you.

Our people are carefully trained in responding to any problems or situations that require factory expertise. Our parts-support people remain focused on their specific job and their specific customer base. Our parts-personnel understand the "tricks" of international shipments and the need to get parts prepared properly and quickly.

Our service technicians are well trained and experienced in the complete Taylor line of products. Whether it be the very basic forklift truck, or the more complex reach stacker, our service-personnel are available to either discuss by phone or on site your problems and requirements.

We do not "switch vendors" all the time so as to get only the lowest price. Our customers want good, consistent and AVAILABLE part supplies. We understand that, and we don't make changes in the production that would cause problems at the support end.

Finally, we use only well known, commercially available vendor components in our lift trucks. In fact, many of our components can be sourced locally in most countries around the world. We understand that you need machines to operate at times when we may not be immediately available to take your call. Having local repair access gets you back and operating until we get our part to you.
